VESTFY is a market-education platform, not a financial-services provider. This statement sets out the boundaries of what we do.
Regulatory Compliance
VESTFY operates in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), in particular the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act and the Financial Consumer Protection Act. We explicitly affirm that we:
- Do not provide buy or sell recommendations on any individual stock, ETF, or financial product;
- Do not collect, hold, or operate any third-party funds;
- Do not engage in discretionary trading, money management, or asset management;
- Do not deal in, broker, custody, receive funds for, or advise on the trading of private placements, IPOs, unlisted shares, cryptocurrencies, or other high-risk / unregulated assets;
- Where cryptocurrency or other market data appears on the site (for example, prices or heatmaps), it is shown solely as publicly available information for education — never a recommendation, solicitation, or means to transact;
- Provide all information solely as general market commentary and education — it does not constitute investment advice, a promise of returns, or a basis for any investment decision.
No Financial Licence — No Paid Advisory
The company does not currently hold a financial-supervisory licence in Taiwan. Until such a licence is obtained, VESTFY does not charge for investment advice and does not provide any paid investment-advisory service. Educational articles and videos are free to read. VESTFY may in future offer optional paid features (such as tools or a membership) that are educational or informational in nature and do not constitute investment advice; any such pricing and terms will be published separately.
Source of Funds
All operating funds of the Taiwan branch are provided lawfully by the parent company, Vestfy Trading Ltd. (Canada). The source of funds is single, legal, fully documented, and auditable. The company does not accept funds, co-investment, or sponsorship from any individual or entity, domestic or overseas.
